CPA2005 Registration

The registration form is available as a Microsoft Word file (CPA2005-RegistrationForm.doc) or Adobe PDF (CPA2005-RegistrationForm.pdf).

A very limited number of student registrations will be available at a discounted rate, at the discretion of the organizing committee. A signed letter from either supervisor or department head must accompany the registration form testifying status. Preference will be given to those students presenting papers, but first-come-first-served.

The registration fee will cover the following:

• attendance at all sessions,
• coffee or tea, and biscuits, at all day-time sessions (morning and afternoon),
• copy of proceedings (collection on arrival),
• dinner, breakfast, and lunch (beginning Sunday evening),
• conference dinner,
• visit to Philips Museum.

A vegetarian option will be available at each meal.
