Registration deadlines and cost for CPA 2007

Early registration deadline: 22nd June 2007

Authors deadline: 21st May 2007

Registration for CPA 2007 is as follows:

  • For those registering before 22nd June, an early registration fee is available. The cost of early registration is .425.
  • For those registering on or after 23rd June, the cost of registration is .475.

In both cases, registration includes the following:

  • Attendance at all sessions.
  • Refreshments at all sessions.
  • En-suite accommodation in the University of Surrey for the nights of Sunday 8th July, Monday 9th July, and Tuesday 10th July.
  • The conference dinner on the evening of Tuesday 10th July.
  • One copy of the conference proceedings.
  • All other meals: evening of Sunday 8th, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday 9th, and breakfast and lunch on both Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th.
  • Access to evening facilities for conference fringe sessions.

Deadline for authors

Please note that authors of papers (at least one author per paper) will be required to register before 21st May 2007.

Student bursaries

A limited number of student bursaries are available. The value of a student bursary is .100, and are underwritten by WoTUG. To be considered for a bursary, you must fill in the relevant section on the registration form. We require written confirmation of your status as a student - for instance, a letter from your supervisor or institution. When we receive this, we will consider your application and inform you if you are eligible for the reduced registration fee. Bursaries are typically offered on a first come, first served basis. The cost of registration for those in receipt of a student bursary is therefore .325 for those before the early registration deadline, and .375 for those after.

Dietary requirements

As CPA registration includes all meals, you should notify us at the time of registration if you have any dietary requirements. For instance, you should not expect that conference meals will cater for vegetarian options unless you have specified this requirement in advance.
