CPA2006 Registration

The registration form (PDF) is now available.

Please download, print and either post or fax it back to us at the address on the form. Thanks.

The registration fee will cover the following:

• attendance at all sessions,
• coffee or tea, and biscuits, at all day-time sessions (morning and afternoon),
• copy of proceedings (collection on arrival),
• dinner, breakfast, and lunch (beginning Sunday evening),
• conference dinner,

A vegetarian option will be available at each meal.
