Communicating Process Architectures 2017: Location
All conference events will take place at the Victoria Hotel in Sliema. Location information is available from its website here. The day sessions will be in the William Shakespeare Suite, with evening Fringe sessions in the Penny Black Bar.
Once home to Malta's aristocracy, the seaside town of Sliema is now a major commercial area known for its designer shops, buzzing bars and restaurants, rocky beaches and a picturesque promenade with an expansive sea view. Regular ferries are at hand to sail across the natural harbour and explore Valletta, the historical capital of Malta.
The Victoria Hotel occupies a unique location that is surrounded by tranquil and traditional Maltese town houses, yet only a few steps away from Sliema's commercial centre and the sea. It is also just a five minute drive away from St Julian's, a top nightlife spot in Malta.
Visit the Maltese tourism authority's website for information about Malta: getting there, what to see and do, events and getting around.
