The registration fee is €200,00 (plus €50,00 VAT) and covers:

• attendance at all conference and fringe sessions;
• coffee/tea breaks, lunches and evening meals, including the conference dinner;
• a copy of the proceedings.

Delegates will be responsible for booking their own accommodation. A range of hotels within walking distance of the Ørsted buildings (where the main conference events take place) can be found here. Student Bursaries

As usual, WoTUG will be providing a (limited) number of student bursaries in the form of a discounted rate for registration. Bursaries will provide a discount of between €150 and €100, depending on demand.

To apply for one of these, the student's supervisor needs to email (cpa2016@wotug.org) a letter on departmental-headed paper confirming that the student is registered for a degree, not in receipt of a full-time salary and has his/her support for attending.

Bursaries will be awarded on a FIFO basis. The request must be made before registering, since you will need a special code from us to get the discount!
