Information For Authors

Deadlines

We are constrained by the needs of the publisher to the following hard deadlines:

• Paper submission  16^th May
• Paper acceptance  13^th June
• CRC submission  27^th June

Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings by IOS Press in their Concurrent Systems Engineering series.

Authors of accepted papers must accomplish camera-ready copy (CRC) themselves and deliver it to the editor via cpa2004@brookes.ac.uk by the due date, otherwise it will not be included in the proceedings.

Submission

Authors are referred to the publisher's instructions for detailed requirements for page layout and typography. However, PLEASE USE ONE OF THE TEMPLATES PROVIDED when preparing your paper. Page size should be A4, and font 12pt Times or Times New Roman (running text and headings).

Both initial and final submission must be to cpa2004@brookes.ac.uk. Initial submission should be in PDF. Please do NOT send raw postscript or EPS. Final submission of an accepted paper should include PDF and source, in one of the following formats:

• Word (any version we can import)
• LaTeX

Page layout and typography

Please follow the detailed instructions contained in "Instructions to Authors-CRC” (PDF). These are supplied by the proceedings publisher (IOS Press) and apply to both initial and final submissions.

We strongly recommend you to make use of one of the following templates:
