Communicating Process Architectures 2017: Workshops
At CPA 2014, we introduced
a number of mini-Workshop sessions.
Their purpose is to present a problem that has relevance to
the themes of the conference,
that has no current solution and which would be useful
to solve – and to outline current thinking on solutions.
Then, participants in the workshop work on the problem and solve it,
partially solve it or (at least) scale the amount of work required
to solve it.
All this to be completed within 90-120 minutes!
Details of the workshops from
2014,
2015 and
2016
can be found by following those links.
A great amount of ground was explored and real solutions emerged.
Call for Workshop Proposals
Proposals are sought for mini-Workshops along the lines described above.
They should take the form of a Position Paper
with length between 1 and 4 pages,
and prepared following the style guidelines for conference papers
(given in the Author Information).
Proposals should give at least as much information as those from
2014,
2015 and
2016,
preferably using similar section headings, and PDF should be submitted to
EasyChair (using this link)
in the same was as regular papers.
Proposals will be considered by the
Editorial Board,
who will select for inclusion in the programme.
There is no formal deadline for submission, but position papers accepted
before the camera-ready copy deadline for papers
(see here)
will be included in the published Proceedings.
Please also see the calls for
papers and
fringe presentations.
