Registration

The registration fee will be £310.00 sterling (no VAT chargeable). It includes the following:

  • Accommodation for the nights of the 10, 11, 12 September 2000
  • All meals, starting with the evening meal on Sunday night, through to Wednesday lunch
  • Conference Dinner
  • One copy of the Conference proceedings, published by IOS Press.

Student Bursaries

WoTUG is sponsoring a limited number of Student Bursaries, worth £100 sterling. To qualify, you must be registered as a student at a Higher Education institution, not in receipt of a salary (full-time or part-time) and obtain a supporting letter from your academic supervisor confirming these facts on departmental letter headed paper. Please fax this to the conference secretary (below).

Bursaries will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Please apply before registering - you will be given a reference number to quote on your registration form.

Registration Procedure

If you wish to mail or fax your registration, please print and complete this PostScript form (or complete and print this Word document), sign it at the bottom and mail/fax to the conference secretary.

For registering on line, please fill in this form.

Registration will confirmed by email or fax.

Cancellation by mail or fax is possible subject to a fee of 20% if received by August 20th 2000. After that date, no refunds will be made. A substitute participant can be named at any time.
