WoTUG Committee Structure

The WoTUG committee is defined in the constitution as consisting of 14 members. The committee may, however, co-opt other members to help run the group. The whole committee resigns at each yearly AGM; although they may stand for election again along with those other members wishing to stand.

Historically, there have been 4 co-opted members, who have often helped in significant ways with the running of the group. Their help is appreciated.

The WoTUG accounts must be audited, and two auditors are elected each year to perform this task, neither of whom are members of the committee.
