Parallel Print Function

Abstract
The Parallel Print Function is designed to work like the standard C printf family of functions, with an MPI communicator as the first argument to specify which processes will be participating. Output is labeled with global node numbers (the rank of each process in MPI_COMM_WORLD) regardless of what communicator is passed to the function.
