PACT and ACE have together developed the PACT/ACE EXPERT Parallel Development
System, combining the PACT Parallel C compiler and runtime system with the
ACE EXPERT compiler family.  Integrated, this development system offers a wide
range of languages (Parallel (ANSI) C, K&R C, Fortran 77, Pascal, Modula-2),
global optimizer, superior transputer code generation, and a collection of
assorted tools.  A configurer combines multiple linked units (tasks) into a
single bootable file, using virtual channels where necessary to connect tasks.

The EXPERT Parallel Development System is available for the PC and Sun4, and
supports all 32-bit transputers.  The T9000 will be supported as of 93Q4.
