What's new in NXLib Version 1.1 compared to Version 1.0

A bug in the implementaion of the global operations is removed.

Filenames containing "_" or "-" are supported.

errno will be restored after signal handlers.

setpgid() didn't work proppely for RS6K after rsh. This is fixed.

Two more example programs are included.
