The code fold (prog.dcd) in a configuration PROGRAM fold set is always
labelled HT4 (maybe not always H, but always T4) as the compilation of
this code starts and finishes in T4 mode and only switches to other
targets within PROCESSOR groups.

This may be confusing to users.
