Using the imakef tool, if there are more than 12 #USEs and/or
#INCLUDE's in a program, imakef reports that it is unable to generate
the linker command file.

The source code of imakef is now shipped with the toolset.  If the
above problem occurs, it can be solved by changing the value of the
'#define F_SC_AND_LIB 12' in the header.h source file to a more
suitable value.
