iskip is compiled for a T4. Hence it will only work on 32 bit
transputers. If you have a network such as:

     ROOT                   T1                  T2
  +-------------+     +-------------+     +-------------+

  |             |---->|             |---->|             |
  |             |     |             |     |             |
  +-------------+     +-------------+     +-------------+

The following sequence:

     iskip 2 /r /e /i
     iskip 2 /e /i
     iserver /ss /se /sc myprog.btl

will result in myprog running on T1 and not T2.
