Various bits of documentation give misleading and contradictory
descriptions of how to describe the physical address of our boards such
as B008 etc. to the iserver. Addresses must always be hexadecimal with
an optional leading # symbol.

e.g.    SET TRANSPUTER=#200
        SET TRANSPUTER=200
	iserver /sl #200 .....
	iserver /sl 200 .....

all refer to a board address of 200 hexadecimal.
