In the D705B-S source release manual (72 TDS 215 00) there are several
errors.
 
Page 2 line 1 and page 3 line 3, the references to 8 MBytes of disk
space should be changed to 10 MBytes.
 
Page 11, the line describing the iserver line for idebug should read:
 
  iserver /se/sb preamble.b4h idump.r4h /b /o idump.b4h
 
in other words add the '/b' option.
