The supplied bootstrap will set error if the value of IBOARDSIZE is
greater than or equal to 65536 (2**16). This can be corrected in the source
by careful use of 32-bit arithmetic when calculating free space size. The
recommended short term fix is to set IBOARDSIZE to 65534 for T2
systems. 
The following bugs mentioned in the TDS2 buglist (Rev 5) have been cured
(or are irrelevent) in TDS3:
