An array of channels declared at configuration level cannot be placed
(at hardware link addresses). A misleading message such as
``Error 4323:256 Cannot place a 256 dimensional array of configuration
channels'' may be produced. The channels declared at configuration level
should only be used for defining minimum network connectivity. Other
channels (as arrays if necessary) may be
declared within each PROCESSOR and placed at the same hardware link
addresses so that they may be passed as parameters to the SCs being called.
