Description: Inadequate timeout in iserver when reading request from transputer

The iserver message: Protocol error, got n 
bytes at start of
transaction can arise because a request to the server, which consists of
more than one occam output, is interrupted by a delay of more than half
a second by parallel processes on the transputer. If this problem is
encountered then recompiling iserver with the constant TIMEOUT 
in iserver.h increased from its current value of 5 (tenths of a second)
is recommended.
