The behaviour of these keys on a    PROGRAM  or    LIB 
or on a fold containing one or more of these
has changed. In particular if   COMPILE  is used and the
search encounters folds compiled for the wrong target processor type
or stopping mode it will compile these
again according to the parameter fold.    RECOMPILE 
should therefore be used to configure mixed configurations
or mixed libraries after the individual
embedded    SC s have been compiled at least once to create the necessary
descriptor folds.
