If a utility reads an already existing
parameter fold from the toolkit, and one of the parameters is missing, it
keeps on popping up the parameter fold, instead of supplying the missing
parameter itself. Solution: type it in yourself, or abort the utility and
delete the old parameter fold from the toolkit.
