There is no message produced by any tool when iboot produces a file
which is too big to fit on a T2.  It is possible to produce a module
which is too big to fit in the entire address space of the T2.

In the new toolsets icollect will detect when the module is too big to
ever fit on a T2.  At run time there is a check against IBOARDSIZE to
check that the program will run.
