A possible bug in D705B has been reported and may well affect D700D and
D700E. We have only one report here in Bristol and have been unable to 
reproduce it. Any further sightings and source examples much
appreciated.

When compiling code which uses an incorrectly defined variant
protocol the compiler hangs up completely. e.g.

PROTOCOL xyz
  abc;....
  def;....
  ....
  ....
  abc;....
  ....

Tag abc is declared twice.
