Figure 5.4 on page 67 has 2 #USE and 3 #INCLUDE lines at the top of
the page.  In the actual file in the examples directory included with
the development system, the statements are in the reverse order, ie the 3
#INCLUDE lines appear before the 2 #USE lines.  If the program is
written as presented in the manual, problems will occur.  If you do it
the way presented in the file, there will be no problem.
