As a consequence of a known and documented bug in D711D (Parallel C
compiler) and D713D (Parallel Fortran compiler) the ISEARCH environment
variable should be limited to 100 characters.  As we don't have the
source for the bad routine it might be better to keep the limit to 80
characters for safety.

There is a fixed length buffer for environment variables. If the buffer
overflows other parts of the program memory are overwritten giving
unpredictable results.
