MMS2 does a hard reset of the C004 on the B008 or B014 by doing an
external memory reference.  In version 3.0 of MMS2 (in S514A and S708A)
the address chosen is just above the range of internal addresses for a
T212.

The new B008 and B014 products now have a T222 on board which has more
memory internally.  The chosen address is well within the internal
address space and therefore no hard reset occurs.

The new MMS, in S708B and S514B will have this fixed.  In the meantime
a "power cycle" will do a hard reset!
