How to obtain fourth.c

Our example program is called fourth.c and it is available by ftp anonymous from cisr.anu.edu.au, directory /pub/papers/meglicki/mpi/simplempi, file fourth.c. I also provide a full listing of this program in the next section. The program is based on the matrix vector multiplication example in ``Using MPI...'', page 29, section 3.5, but our version has been written in C and is ``armed''.

Remember that you will also need preamble.c (section 4.1) in order to compile fourth.c.
