third.c, or second.c with timing

We shall now modify our second.c by adding the timing calls to the code. The modified code lives, like second.c, in our ftp anonymous area on cisr.anu.edu.au, directory pub/papers/meglicki/mpi/simplempi, file third.c. The listing of third.c is provided in the next subsection.
