PseudoPack
- Abstract
- PseudoPack is a software library for numerical differentiation
by pseudospectral methods. Three different collocation
methods are incorporated into the package: Fourier
method, Chebyshev method, Legendre method. Special
fast algorithms are provided for cases where the function
being differentiated has either even or odd symmetry.
A filtering algorithm for smoothing both the differentation
and the function itself is especially useful for maintaining
stability when solving non-linear/non-smooth PDEs.
