NAME
       Sample - Create sample SDDF file in one of three different
       formats

SYNOPSIS
       Sample

DESCRIPTION
       The Sample program generates a simple  SDDF  file  showing
       many  of  the data types avaliable with SDDF.  The program
       prompts for the desired format  (ASCII,  binary,  or  con-
       verted binary) and the name of the output file.
