I have a Parsytec Xplorer that contains 16 T805-30Mhz transputers with 4Megs per node. The topology is fixed to a 4x4 grid. I have some questions about this system: 1) How would I connect this to say a B008 (or any other INMOS-compatible board) if possible. Now, I remember somewhere in my transputer encounters that the INMOS boards had a "global" reset convention whereas the transputers in the Parsytec boards were reset individually by their adjacent transputers. So, if this is correct, what are my options. If this is impossible to do, then does anybody have a Parsytec board for SUNs (SBUS-based) so that I can connect the Xplorer to it. 2) Does anyone have any documentation on the Xplorer and Parix?? The INMOS boards I know about, but Parsytec boards, I have no clue.
