Hi,

After taking to Paul Curtis from Rowley Associates, he has agreed to
release Rowley Modula-2 for free. I am currently in the process of getting
the binaries. Check out the following email and be sure to visit their
webpage at http://www.rowley.co.uk for futher details:

Ram:

We are a bunch of transputer users using Helios 1.3. Perihelion has closed
its doors (no longer in business) and allowed us to freely distribute helios
(as long as we don't charge people for it).

Paul:

I know; I got the news from an ex-Perihelion employee who jumped ship before
Perihelion sank.

Ram:

One of our users has Rowley Modula-2 for Helios, so we were wondering if we
can distribute that freely as well (only the Helios version). Thank You.

Paul:

If you can get together a bunch of Helios binaries for our product, you're
welcome to distribute them freely. At present, I don't think I have a
prebuilt set around and I really don't feel like building one. What you might
wish to do is send the binaries to me so I can put them up on our web site.
I know that the last version of the compiler we shipped was 1.5.1, and I'm
pretty sure yours will be before that.	Im in the process of getting our 68K
compilers up on the web page too.

Anyway, you have my e-mail address now (plc@rowley.co.uk) and our web page
(www.rowley.co.uk).

If you can send me the binaries I'll put them on my web page until I can
get a newer version up there.

Thank you Paul Curtis. Well, now we have another language to program under
Helios. Stay tuned..

Ram
