Has some ever noticed that if you do an 'IN' instruction on a link
address in high priority the transputer will 'hang'. I had to do some
link input (and output) with a time out guard, but it never timed out.
The output link works perfectly. The output routines are almost the same
as the input routines. How come??
I also have noticed that other high priority process get execution time,
but not the parallel guard process.
In low priority everything works fine, but in my case (real time
behavior) it must run in high pri.
Is this a feature, a bug or something I doesn't understand
