If you can get your B008 to fall back to B004 mode, I'd strongly
recommend IMP's B004_NT.exe, at
http://members.aol.com/impaachen/index.html
It won't get you the DMA features of the B008, but it works well and is
free. It works with my B008 and CSA cards. (I can't remember if B008s
drop back to B004 mode by default, mine's hacked to hell and gone, and
has no docs...)
(I've also bought their PCI-lite (OS-link on PCI) and Fiji (Printer-port
<-> OS Link) adapters, both work perfectly.)

I'm not associated with them, except as a happy customer.
