It appears that he had a heart attack while driving his car on Thursday morning. As a regular contributor to both the transputer and robotics forums, Mark added much to the discussion of real time robotics control using parallel systems. He will be sadly missed by all of those who knew him, and had the benefit of working with him. All of us at Oxim wish his family and friends our sincere condolences.
