I'm sorry to have to inform you all that on Thursday 27th November 1997
Mark Barlow died. It appears that he had a heart attack while driving
his car on Thursday morning.

As a regular contributor to both the transputer and robotics forums,
Mark added much to the discussion of real time robotics control using
parallel systems. He will be sadly missed by all of those who knew him,
and had the benefit of working with him.

All of us at Oxim wish his family and friends our sincere condolences.

Goodbye Mark, see you on that great transputer controlled robotic
motorcycle in the sky.

Mark.........
