What do you mean by "cheap"? Alta Technology has several PC-based
motherboards for the transputer family. The SuperLink/XL, at $895.00,
offers a 10-slot tram holder and hard wired configuration area. This
motherboard consists of a PC-AT add-in board with a high speed, 16-bit
host interface. The SuperLink cab accomodate 10 Size 1 trams, 5 Size 2
or 2 Size 5 trams.

Another of Alta's boards, the Ultra/XL is another 10-slot tram holder
with a 64x64 crossbas link switch and differential links. The Ultra/XL
is bascially an IBM PC-AT compatible add-in tram holder tha features a
high-speed 16 bit interface between the ISA and T2/T4/T8 trams. It has a
SCSI-2 interface option and comes with PC-compatible software from Alta,
Inmos, Logical Systems and others.

Our other board is the HSI/SBUS - a high speed interface between the SUN
SBus and Inmos transputers. Options include Logical Systems "C" for SUN;
T425 on a single slot card and T805's on the 4 & 8 MB options.

I hope this helps.
