I have been using the d7414a toolset for about a year.

It is Windows based and slow. The interactive debugger does not work with
the T450 and I have chosen to stay with the 7314a toolset for the T4/T2.

I also had to patch the EPROM boot loader to fix a problem the toolset had
initing he workspace pointer to external memory before the memory interface
had been initialized.

All in all a marginal toolset.
