A (most likely stupid) question:

Assume a parallel multiprocessor machine. Is it possible for a process
A to dynamically instruct another process to start broadcasting
(multicasting) messages to a particular set of processes in the
system?

Any reply and relevant references would be really appreciated!

please send any replies to gkt@cs.bham.ac.uk too.

Thank you in advance
