Research Assistant I Positions at Mississippi State University

Mississippi State University invites applicants for two Research Assistant I (non-tenure)  positions, in the area of systems software in its NSF Engineering Research Center for Computational Field Simulation.  Job duties include work on systems software related to parallel mathematical libraries and realtime computing, development of C++ class libraries, study of performance of sequential and parallel codes for RISC and CISC architectures, and evaluation of designs of composable protocol software.

A MS in Computer Science or closely related field is required with 2 years experience or other demonstration of knowledge in these areas.  Applicant must know C/C++.
