Make sure each one has a network card, and that you have a hub.

There should be a Beowulf HOWTO.  For easier setup, there is also
Extreme Linux by RedHat http://www.redhat.com/  and the for more Beowulf
links visit http://www-hpc.jpl.nasa.gov/PS/HYGLAC/beowulf.html

Beowulf is any loosely-coupled network of workstations running UNIX (or
UNIX variant), and some sort of parallel library.  It mostly means a
network of workstations running Linux, connected by Ethernet, and using
PVM and MPI libraries for parallel applications.
