IPPS/SPDP 1999
13th International Parallel Processing Symposium and
10th Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Processing

April 12-16, 1999
Caribe Hilton
San Juan, Puerto Rico

Proposals are solicited for organizing full or half-day tutorials
to be held on the first day of the symposium.  Interested individuals
should submit a proposal by October 16, 1998 to the Tutorials
Chair, Matt W. Mutka (mutka@cse.msu.edu).  It should include a brief
description of the intended audience, lecture outline and vita(e) for
lecturer(s).
