Job Opening:

National Chiao Tung University invites applications for faculty positions 
in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, beginning 
in August 1998. Application in all areas of computer science and engineering 
are welcome. Rank will be commensurate with qualification. Candidates should 
have a Ph.D. in the related areas, a strong commitment to excellent research 
accomplishments or potential. The department offers BS/MS/PH.D.programs and 
provides an excellent research/teaching environment. National Chiao Tung 
University, one of top-ranking universities in Taiwan, is located in Hsinchu 
City near the Science-Based Industrial Park, the heart of a high-tech area in
Taiwan, and there is substantial opportunity for industrial-based projects.
