The following two technical reports are now available free of charge:

0. A Selected Tour of the Theory of Identification Matrices. 

1. A Provably Fastest Parallel Algorithm for the Recognition of the
   Consecutive Retrieval Property. 

This offer is only good before June 1997. For each copy of the report,
a nominal contribution of $4 is solicited. In fact, any contributions,
with or without conditions, are always welcome. Send your requests
and/or contributions to:

Your contributions, if accepted, will be fully tax-deductible (FRL is
a section 501(c)(3), tax-exempt, organization). I will also welcome
your remarks on the technical reports or any portion thereof.  I hope
some of you will find these works interesting. 

The purpose of this notice is twofold. One is to raise some funds, and
the other is to seek your remarks (especially before the results are
printed by some commercial companies).
