Hello, everyone:

An e-mail list, of type listserv, has been opened for the group APAR
(Parallel Architectures) of CRIM (Computer Research Institute of
Montreal) for some time. This is used to inform anyone interested both
in CRIM and outside it on new developments in our group and various
related events (conferences, seminars, etc). It is part of CRIM listserv.

The name of the list is:

infoapar

In order to subscribe for yourself, one must send a message to
listserv@crim.ca with the following text in the body of the message:

SUBscribe infoapar First_name Last_name

People who don't subscribe for themselves, but for someone else,  should
contact me.

The characteristics of the list and other commands are listed in the
following:

- anyone (from CRIM and outside) with email access should be able to
subscribe/unsubscribe;

- any member of the list should be able to submit directly articles (no
moderator);

- however, only members of the list can submit articles (private list,
in terms of send);

If you are a member/subscriber to the list, in order to submit
articles, please send your messages containing the articles to
infoapar@crim.ca, and not to listserv@crim.ca.
