	An updated version of the origami folding editor with many
	improvments by Johan Sunter, Twente University, Netherlands
	to support COMMENT folds, entering #INCLUDE "..." files,
	backup files, help files, editting binary files, using
	TERMCAP etc.  Includes a SPARC binary in the origami.tar.Z
	file and MSDOS binary in origami.exe. Thanks to Johan for this.

	FILO - File and I/O Library for Occam.  A file and I/O library
	for meiko's OPS system to provide a powerful and consistent
	system.
