Trivision (Switzerland) AG:

The company was founded in 1993 as a joint-stock company, joining together
the resources of a software development and consulting company,
ITAG Information Technology AG (formed 1989) and the trading name
Trivision, formed in 1991. With eight employees, Trivision (Switzerland)
AG is located in M\"unsingen, on the outskirts of the Swiss capital, Bern.

Trivision is focused on provided technical consulting and system
integration services in the country of Switzerland, specialising in the 
area of MPP systems. To date, Trivision has invested in specialist human
and system resources to fulfill the early phase services for user 
organisations contemplating in investing in large scale MPP systems.

At its' modern facilities in M\"unsingen, Trivision has installed a
Meiko Computing Surface\TM\ parallel supercomputer, Oracle7\TM\
Parallel Server Software and an array of SPARC\TM-Solaris\TM\ 
and Intel-based PC platforms, connected on a TCP/IP network. High
speed external communications are facilitated by the installation 
of a scalable ISDN network, currently featuring $2\times64$ Kbit
connections and a direct link to the outside world via EuNet
(Swiss Internet service provider).

The founding partners and senior consultants at Trivision provide an
in-depth experience of sophisticated IT environments, with specific 
experienced gained in MPP computing at sales, marketing and technical
levels.

Trivision has developed a solid reputation with its' clients in
Switzerland, including Union Bank of Switzerland, Ciba-Geigy and
Swiss Telecom PTT. Recently, Trivision undertook extensive benchmark
testing on behalf of Union Bank of Switzerland, evaluating the performance
of MPP systems, providing detailed RDBMS application performance
(Oracle7) comparisons with shared memory SMP servers. Such work
typifies the early phase consulting work undertaken by Trivision
in its first-year-and-a-half of trading.

The company is now looking towards developing a MPP solutions business,
providing turnkey solutions and consulting services to specific
industry segments and named accounts in Switzerland and, subsequently,
Southern Germany.
